“You are the answer to the questions that you are asking” − Craig Gibsone, community elder
Is the answer the one you want? Is this the story you need, that society needs?
The story so far
We live in a time of “deep change” where many questions and many answers are being offered. Some people question the true value of wealth for example, particularly in business, and what might be different if decisions came from a place of love and compassion. Have we become part of the story, our truth diminished in some part or do we deeply know the “bones of who we are”?
Holding your truth, whilst letting go of that which no longer serves you, takes courage. This applies equally to corporations, individuals, teams, groups and communities. Finding the “bones” requires congruence with your true character, integrity and wisdom.
Your truth, however, may not be another’s truth; how do we see beyond right and wrong-doing and shape a story that we can all play our part in?
We will explore this during the session.
Shaping your legacy requires conscious awareness of your perspectives, and how they “shape your story”.
Anna’s work is designed to purposefully challenge you to “think better” beyond the known, the “tried and true”, to expand horizons, synthesising diverse views to make wise choices.
The late Angeles Arrien said the critical question for owning one’s Warrior archetype is: “Why weren’t you……?”
We will look at how asking questions can shape our story, the story we are living, and how we can shapeshift to embolden, enhance, refine or re-envision it to truly support the legacy we want.
