Sarah Cornally

Sarah Cornally, organisational consultant, has worked with many organisations, helping them to reveal the hidden dynamics that affect work relationships and performance. She has dealt with organisational issues ranging from board and management relations, decision dilemmas, conflicts, teams, culture change, ethical questions, harassment, and mergers and acquisitions. When there is confusion, or repeating patterns that seem resistant to change, it can be an indication that there are forces at play that we cannot see.

Her approach involves exploring organisational constellations as an effective means of allowing the system to reveal itself in new and distinctive ways. It allows the system to speak for itself, giving it voice. Typically it provides points of leverage previously unseen or misunderstood. It enables movements that lead to new possibilities and greater alignment with healthy dynamics.

Organisational constellations can be potent in generating insight into repeating patterns, supporting significant organisational shifts, and uncovering hidden dynamics which can subversively derail our best attempts to manage and lead our organisations.

“Wisdom arises from the ability to take a perspective and see all the dynamics at play in a situation and being able to respond to bring things into purposeful harmony.”
